Nestled in KL’s lively rush, a 15-foot tall Christmas tree stands aglow with grandeur, embellished with TROVE’s signature ornamental icons—glimmering in gold, narrating a tale of precious encounters. In a medley of distinctive identities, TROVE and bōl come together to present Christmas on plates of refined
comfort, cocooned in magical décor.

Serving a bespoke selection of decadent appetisers, entrées, and desserts, bōl’s six-course degustation menu is personally crafted by Chef Kian for a true TROVE Treatsmas. Resonating with a collection of fine finds, the menu itself is named ‘TROVE.’ Each dish is a star in its own right, accented with a hidden ingredient, promising diners a voyage of delectable surprise.
From 16 November to 31 December, all diners will receive a selection of complimentary TROVE Treats valued at RM150. Diners with reservations on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will also receive an additional Ichendorf glassware piece valued at RM100.

Singaporean exec chef-owner and hotel designer Kian Liew, alongside his partner Patrick, have been cooking since their youth—a shared passion that culminated in the opening of their visionary restaurant in 2022. Their establishment has already garnered a devoted following, celebrated for its exclusive set
menus, including a fully seasonal option and a dedicated vegan menu. With a focus on Nyonya-influenced cuisine infused with Singaporean and Malaysian nuances, the dishes highlight a harmonious blend of herbs and spices, crafting a symphony of flavours that captivate the palate.

About bōl’s Menu
Diners will begin their journey with the Rojak Tart, Quail Sou, and Bibik’s Taco—a trio of appetisers offering an exuberant contrast of “something familiar and something hidden.” The journey then sails on with Chwee Kueh, crafted from rice flour to symbolise joy and prosperity, served alongside an exotic turmeric seafood broth and cod floss. The Chili Crab Orb that follows is a goldmine in itself, emitting a warm, sweet chilli aroma upon slicing. Next comes Yeye’s Curry, a dish symbolic of a galleon cruising the ocean, set to embark on the next adventure. For the entrées, diners may choose between the Halibut Limau Purut or Lamb Belachan, each a rewarding destination in its own right—different in flavour, but equally satisfying. The journey culminates in the Keluak Toffee Pudding, a rich, nutty dessert that brings a sweet, satisfying close to this indelible culinary adventure.
